Pencil Holding Tins for My Classroom

Just wanted to share the cute tins I made to hold pencils at each table in my classroom.  This year I think I am going to name each table by the animal on their tin.  Tell me what you think?
I used Create a Critter Cartridge and Creative Memories Cheerful Seasons Cartridge (www.mycmsite.com/georgifelix1 ) to make the animals.  Of course the cute little faces are from Peachy Keen Stamps.  www.peachykeenstamps.com

Throwback Thursday Challenge- Something Christmas and use fabric

I made this to start making my gifts for Christmas.  Since the theme of the challenge was Christmas.  For the use of some sort of material, I used beautiful silver ribbon. (This picture does not do this ribbon justice. hehehe)  I used the Creative Memories Cheerful Seasons Cartridge to make the snowman. www.mycmsite.com/georgifelix1  The cute little face is from Peachy Keen Stamps.  www.peachykeenstamps.com  And the tag is from My Creative Time's die cut scallopped circle. www.creativetimeforme.com  The entire idea was obviously based on Emma's video a few days ago on a gift jar she did with chocolate candies.  I thought it was genius and wanted to get started on my gifts as well.  So I started with a jar filled with my very favorite holiday drink....Hot Cocoa!!!

Birthday Card----Monkey Saying Feliz Cumpleanos!

For this card I used the Create a Critter Cartridge for the monkey and branch.  I used My Creative Time's die cut for the cut out to put my sentiment on.  And the sentiment is from My Creative Time's www.creativetimeforme.com  stamps set for birthdays. (I forgot exactly what it is called.)  But I love all her stuff.  You should go check her stuff out!  The embossed green paper is from the Polk o Dot embossing folder by Provo Craft.  I used my Cuttelbug again!  (Thank you to my Bestie for getting it for my Birthday last year!)  I love it!!!  I made it for my Brother in Law's Birthday at the end of the month cuz I  know I won't have time once I start back at work on Monday. hehehe  Thanks for stopping by!  Leave me a comment, it always makes me smile! :)

Peachy Keen Challenge 57-with a Twist!

I did this card for the Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge 57.  You can do it to!  Go to www.peachykeenchallenge.blogspot.com  For this card I used the Peachy Keen Happy Lashes for the cute little faces since I'm giving it to a friend as a thank you for spending the day with me laughing and chatting with me. :) You can order these faces at www.peachykeenstamps.com   I thought the faces were perfect.  The circle scallop and stitched circle are from My Creative Time's newly released die cut.  And the Sentiment is from My Creative Time's This and That stamp collection.  www.creativetimeforme.com  All the paper is from my scrap bin. ( I promised myself I'd use it this entire month.  Luckily I had the coral, blue, and honeydew colors.  to accomodate the challenge sketch and color requirements.  The ribbon is from Michael's.  And the blue paper is dry embossed with the polk o dot embossing folder by Provo Craft.

I was dying to use my new die cut from Emma over at My Creative Time (www.creativetimeforme.com)  My card is completely inspired from her card and I got to use my new die.  I made it a window in the card to show through Let's Hang Out.  I only wish I would of known it had a matching stamp when I ordered it.  Oh well, maybe next month. hehehe  I used the Critter Faces stamp set by Peachy Keen Stamps at www.peachykeenstamps.com  And I used the Cricut Cartridge,  Create a Critter.  All cardstock is from Creative Memories.  You can order from my website at www.mycmsite.com/georgifelix1

I inked the edges of the matted paper.  And I cut the whale and the phrase Splash from Creative Memories Cartridge called Stork's Delivery.  You can also order that cartridge at my personal website, www.mycmsite.com/georgifelix1

Throwback Thursday Challenge-

I made this card for Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge at My Creative Time, http://www.creativetimeforme.com/  I don't have Wild Card Cartridge or Just Because.  So I used an older cartridge called Create a Critter.  Then I dry emossed  using my Cuttlebug (that my Bestie got me for my birthday last year!  Love her and her hubby!)  I used the Just My Type emobssing borders on the black paper.  The face on my whale is from Peachy Keen's Critter Faces Set.  Then I added a little bling with Dollar Tree Rope for a bow and a cute little blue button.  And of course, you know I looooooove glitter so I glittered up the word, Splash!  Hope you like it!  Oh, the paper that says, no worries, no work, just us, is a Reminisce paper.  I love their paper!

For this card, again I used up scrap paper.  The ribbon that is striped is from Target's dollar section.  The jewels are from Michaels' dollar section.  The sentiment is from the clear stamp set by Studio G in Michael's dollar section.  The only thing I used on my cricut was the star.  I used the Create a Critter Cartridge for the star.  Again, I hope I win!  I really really really want to win something.  I love making cards when I am off track!!!!!  And my son is sooooo enjoying making "crafts" he calls it with me!  How fun!!!!
