Ch#3 Faux Stitching Challenge

Hello, My fellow Silhouette friends!  I created a card for my son to write a thank you to his Uncle Sasquatch LOL.  He told me how he wanted it, so hence the green background. LOL  Anyhoo, I did add the Faux Stitching using the line feature in the Silhouette program.  I drew a rectangle then changed the line to dotted (faux stitching).  So I thought, I might as well enter it into the Silhouette Challenge over at  You can come on over and join in the fun too! :)  It is so fun learning new techniques with this handy dandy machine. :)
I used the Big Foot Files over at Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons.

Hello, My Creative Peeps!  This card was made as a thank you for a friend who took care of my pets while we were on vacation.  Pets really aren't her thing, but she did it because she loves us!  We love her too! :)  And appreciate her tremendously!  And appreciate her sacrifice of time! :)
We always get froggy's in our pond in the back yard during the summer.  It is neat to hear them croak.  So froggy's remind me of summer time fun! :)  The colors were inspired by the photo over at   Flowers surround our pond outside so I thought this was a fitting inspiration! :)
Anyhoo, I thought I'd enter it into the following challenges:

2.  Designer Challenge-Amy over at My Creative Time:  Summer Theme

Big Foot Summer Fun

So, My son, LT is obsessed with Big Foot, otherwise known as Sasquatch!  He has been calling his uncle, Uncle Sasquatch (Uncle Rudy) for about a year now since his uncle visited and another family member mentioned the resemblance.  LOL  Anyhoo, we went to visit Uncle Sasquatch in Washington this year as part of our Summer Vacation and searched for evidence of Big Foot while were there with Uncle Sasquatch!  We had a blast!  So much SUMMER FUN!!!!  So it was part of our summer vacation, I thought it would be appropriate to enter into this challenge. :)  Really I needed to make them a thank you card to thank them for their tremendous hospitality towards us and I want them to know how much we appreciate and love them!  I used Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons Big Foot Cutting Files.  They are so super cute!!! :)  You can get them too at  Oh, the base of the card is made with the ART PHILOSOPHY Cricut Cartridge.
