Pumpkin Place Card Holders

Hello, My creative friends!  Well, it is Friday night and I finally have a few moments to get my Craft MOJO on....lol  I decided to make little place holder cards for my sister for this Thanksgiving.  Since it is at her house this year, I wanted to create something cute and help her out.  I am cooking a few dishes too.....but anyone who knows me, knows that really isn't helping out...LOL (I'm not the best cook around. LOL)

 

Anyhoo, I whipped these up real fast using a Silhouette Store Pumpkin Place Card File.  I added each of the members of our family to the cards and Print and Cut them.  Hoila!  It was truly that easy.  The only thing I had to glue was the little green stem.  In fact, I think I'll add some glitter or stickles to those stems just to add a little bling!

Hello my creative friends!  This evening I whipped up a week over due thank you card.  I didn't use any cutting machine!  I only used my cuttlebug with Ms. Emma's dies over at My Creative Time.  I am going to enter it into the Thanksgiving Theme Challenge over at http://www.creativetimeforme.com/.  I am so very thankful for friends who care about me and think of me so thoughtfully.  So, I am thanking my sweet friend, Jessica who brought me over the cutest little apron I've ever seen when she came over for Movie night last Friday night.  I just LOVE LOVE LOVE her.  So super sweet!  I love my new apron and I hope she loves this card! :)

Hello, my creative friends!  I just love how these cute little treat holders came out. (Okay, really it is a gift card holder, but I put little treats inside them.)

I know what you are thinking....I have way to much time on my hands today......Well, the truth is, it was a really hectic week and I just need a day of Crafting Therapy!!! :)  So I decided to make those I love and care about little Halloween treats!  This time I used the Cut and Print Feature on my Silhouette Cameo Machine.  And to be fair to all the Digi file company's that I love, I mixed it up and used Miss Kate Cuttables files this time.

Pumpkin

I made this card for a special friend who made me a Fall Blessings Banner.  I wanted to thank her for her kindness and hard work!  So what better way, then to make a thank you card that can also be a  Fall decoration in her home.

I use All Around Halloween Stamps by My Creative Time.... www.creativetimeforme.com and I cut the pumpkin from my Create a Critter Cricut Cartridge.  I welded together the pumpkins to make a shaped card.  I just love doing that! :)

I forgot the font I used from my computer to weld the letters Thanks Roomie.  Then I offset it to give the green matting.  I love how when you weld letters you don't have to glue each one individually.  You can just pull the entire word off at once from your mat and glue it down in one step.  LOVE IT!  Great feature!

Hello, My creative friends!  Well, I made this card for a friend of mine who has been coming to my classroom to help me out.  LOVE HER!  I used the Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons Freebie file from last week.  The clipboard was just so fitting.  I mirrored it to the left and then welded it together to make the card shape.  I used Emma's All Around Everything and Accessories Stamp Set.  Then I hot glued a See's Candy Lollipop as a little thank you.  Simple and Cute!  Want her to know how much she is appreciated! :)

Hello My Creative Friends!  I created this little treat bag for a friend who had oral surgery this past week.  Chocolate makes everything better, right?  LOL  Anyhoo, I used my Silhouette machine to put together this PNG file from SCRAPPIN BUG DESIGNS from the Doctor and Pet File.  Then I used the Peachy Keen Stamps Critter Faces Set A X Large set.

A simple, sweet, and thoughtful gift to let my friend know she is not forgotten during this "Ruff" time.  It only took minutes to make. :)

Ch#3 Faux Stitching Challenge

Hello, My fellow Silhouette friends!  I created a card for my son to write a thank you to his Uncle Sasquatch LOL.  He told me how he wanted it, so hence the green background. Hello, My Creative Peeps!  This card was made as a thank you for a friend who took care of my pets while we were on vacation.  Pets really aren't her thing, but she did it because she loves us!  We love her too! :)  And appreciate her tremendously!  And appreciate her sacrifice of time! :)

 

We always get froggy's in our pond in the back yard during the summer.  It is neat to hear them croak.  So froggy's remind me of summer time fun! :)  The colors were inspired by the photo over at peachykeenstamps.com   Flowers surround our pond outside so I thought this was a fitting inspiration! :)

Big Foot Summer Fun

So, My son, LT is obsessed with Big Foot, otherwise known as Sasquatch!  He has been calling his uncle, Uncle Sasquatch (Uncle Rudy) for about a year now since his uncle visited and another family member mentioned the resemblance.  LOL  Anyhoo, we went to visit Uncle Sasquatch in Washington this year as part of our Summer Vacation and searched for evidence of Big Foot while were there with Uncle Sasquatch!  We had a blast!  So much SUMMER FUN!!!!  So it was part of our summer vacation, I thought it would be appropriate to enter into this challenge. :)  Really I needed to make them a thank you card to thank them for their tremendous hospitality towards us and I want them to know how much we appreciate and love them!  I used Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons Big Foot Cutting Files.  They are so super cute!!! :)  You can get them too at www.prettypapergraphics.com  Oh, the base of the card is made with the ART PHILOSOPHY Cricut Cartridge.

MCT Designer Challenge-Bling It Up

I had sooo much fun using my new stamp set (I got it for my birthday) from my Bestie called You're Brilliant from My Creative Time.  www.creativetimeforme.com  So much fun!  So the challenge is to bling it up.  I decided to use the same format as Emma did in her project by sewing the border of the card for stitching and then blinging up my die cut.  I used the little light bulb.  It is so cute.  But after looking at Emma's site again, I realized, I didn't exactly use the lightbulb correctly.  LOL  But I still think my cards turned out cute! :)  I used the Echo Park, Hello Summer paper pack and the colors are so bright and cheery!  Love them! :)  Okay, so I couldn't just include one card in this post, I had to include all the different ways I did the light bulb to bling it up.  When you comment, tell me your favorite.  My six year old son, had the idea to put googly eyes on them and I totallly loved it!  I think those are my favorite. :)  Happy Monday everyone. :)
